a gentleman farmer, has « created » a magic place of sustainable and organic agriculture. He has planted trees — olive, carob, almond, cypress — on an area of volcanic earth, which he has named « Domaine Sauvage ». Today, he produces a delicious olive oil. He has also built an open kitchen, with a view over the amazing, wild and isolated landscape, where he organises lunches. The environment is pure delight. This long-term project uncovers and reveals this amazing and poetic place.
