It’s impressive to imagine that seven hundred people are working there! I had the privilege of stepping inside this labyrinth, which, like a hive, is wonderfully orchestrated. The idea consisted of making portraits of all the staff members to valorise them as individuals, with all the hierarchy represented, from the maid to the financial director, from the chef to the porter, etc… With their high professionalism, it is these women and men who uphold the reputation of this establishment.
